Reduce Pain and Improve Hip Health Without Surgery
Living with hip pain from joint injuries or conditions like labral tears, tendon tears, or osteoarthritis can make everyday tasks—such as walking, bending, or standing—painful and exhausting. Whether caused by overuse, injury, or age-related changes, hip pain can greatly limit your mobility and impact your quality of life. Conventional Treatments May Offer Temporary Relief, Not a Long-Term Solution
For hip issues, including labral tears, tendon tears, and osteoarthritis common treatments like physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medications, and steroid injections may offer temporary relief by reducing pain and inflammation. Unfortunately, these approaches often don’t address the root causes of the pain, such as joint degeneration or damage to the hip’s soft tissues, meaning discomfort and limited movement may persist or worsen over time.
When these conservative or common treatments no longer offer enough relief, surgery is often suggested. However, hip surgeries, including total hip replacement or arthroscopic repair, come with significant challenges, including a lengthy recovery period, restricted hip mobility, and potential complications like infection or blood clots. While surgery can relieve pain, it may not fully restore mobility, and some individuals may experience joint stiffness or changes in the joint over time that may require further treatment or additional surgery. .
Fortunately, there are alternative treatments that reduce the need for surgery.
